If We Do Not Stand Up To Tyranny, Then We Are Accomplices!

For 18 months Northwell Hospitals under the direction of Multi-Millionaire CEO Michael Dowling ordered his nursing staff (through the constant threat of termination) to work multiple shifts; many nurses were forced to work without proper PPE, little rest, or even a chance to eat.

Not once during this time did Multi-Millionaire CEO Michael Dowling or his management staff express concern for their lowly nurses who were running into COVID wards and treating patients without PPE, “vaccinations” or any of the talked about prophylaxis treatments that were available at the time.

It was ok for Northwell to run these heroes into the ground so long as he stayed focused on getting Northwell its share of the Federal money being handed out to hospitals that produced high COVID cases and death tolls.

Now, after working through the height of the “Pandemic”, nurses are once again being threatened with termination if they don’t submit to taking the untested, and highly suspect FDA-approved Experimental Gene Therapy Shot.

Many nurses were bullied into silence after witnessing firsthand how hundreds of patients were being killed by the improper use of ventilators.

Now, many are witnessing the high volume of cases coming into the hospital due to adverse reactions to these so-called “Vaccinations”.

Like anybody else, Northwell employees deserve the same legal rights afforded them under both HIPAA Laws and Federal Statutes. These laws secure their right to choose or refuse any personal medical treatment.

And yes, even the Nuremberg codes stipulate that consent must be voluntary when given an “experimental injection”. Threatening someone’s livelihood unless they take an experimental injection does NOT constitute voluntary consent.

Being a nurse is nerve-racking enough, Northwell’s constant threat of termination puts their once heralded staff under added emotional and physical stress.

Northwell’s bully tactics are not just unethical or illegal; they add another level of pressure on nurses that could adversely affect the quality of care they are entrusted to provide.

Through the height of the “Pandemic” Northwell showed it was more concerned with profit over the proper treatment of its patients. Now with their forced vaccination policy, this shameless corporation is once again proving that their profits are more important than the safety and respect of their staff.

Our Class Action suit is being formed to help protect the rights of these incredible nurses while exposing (through personal videos and affidavits) the unethical and illegal practices of CEO Michael Dowling, his management staff, and Northwell Hospitals.

Many of the law firms we have already contacted have expressed concerns about taking on Northwell Health because of their far-reaching political connections with NY State. The discovery costs alone could bankrupt many of these smaller yet more ethical firms.

Every penny raised from this campaign will be used to help cover the upfront discovery costs of this class action suit. The Law Firm agrees to return this sum as part of the class’s award upon the successful adjudication of this case.

If for any reason this case is dismissed, ALL monies raised will be DONATED to a legitimate fund that has been set up to assist the nurses who have been wrongfully terminated by Northwell Health or returned to the donor.
